I am a lifelong resident of Orange County and have raised my daughter here. I have been a licensed insurance agent for over 17 years. Over the years I have worked to provide all of our clients with a better understanding of their insurance products and what specifically would fit their needs. Exceptional customer service is an important aspect in my role as an insurance agent; I carry with me the belief that the client concerns should be addressed to their satisfaction.
Believing that each individual has specific needs, along with the rest of our staff, I try to help each person identify those needs and have a plan in place to protect them against the event of a loss. I feel that each person should understand what coverage they have and why it is necessary.
